
Been stressing out lately. My work schedule has been tampered with and I don't adjust to change well at all. Also those nagging health issues. I go for a follow up CT scan today and expecting a call from my doc any day now in regards to Monday's bloodwork.

For now I'm just focusing on not having an mental meltdown and have been working in the garden and taking the big dogs on nature walks. Not getting hardly any decent sleep. Again I say "Ugh"!

I dont like change or handle it well either, unless its my idea to make the changes! Hope you find a way to get rid of some of the stress! I'm feeling somewhat stressed too, but i think a trip up the road to the lake might help with that!

I know change is never fun...but sometimes a necessary thing. Walks are good for the stress, as are bubble baths, petting a pet and reading a good book! Try to focus on these things and praying that rest will find you tonight my friend! :D
